Gradi Group Masterclass Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (‘terms’) apply to the booking and participation in the 400 Gradi Masterclass (‘Masterclass’) organised by 400 Gradi (The Gradi Group)(‘Organise). By booking a ticket to the Masterclass, you agree to comply with the following Terms.

Booking and payment

To secure your spot in the Masterclass, you must complete the registration and payment process through the Organisers online booking platform

Payment for the Masterclass must be made in full at the time of booking. The Organiser accepts various payment methods, which will be specified during the booking process.

The fees for the Masterclass are non-refundable, except as outlined in the ‘Cancellation and Refund” section below.


The Masterclass is open to individuals 16 and above, unless otherwise approved by the Organiser.

Participants must be in good health and able to engage in cooking activities. If you have any dietary requirements, allergies or medical conditions, you must inform the Organiser at the time of booking.

Schedule and Changes

The date, time and location of the Masterclass will be communicated to upon booking

The Organiser reserves the right to modify the schedule, location or content of the Masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Organiser will provide reasonable notice and offer alternative arrangements or a refund.

Cancellation and Refund

If you wish to cancel your participation in the Masterclass, you must notify the Organiser in writing via email as least 14 days before the scheduled date. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Masterclass due to low enrolment, unforeseen events, or any other reason. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Conduct and Safety

Participants are required to follow the instructions provided by the Masterclass instructor and staff at all times.

Participants must maintain a safe and respectful environment during the Masterclass and avoid any behaviour that may cause harm or discomfort to others.

The Organiser is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the Masterclass, except in cases of negligence or wilful misconduct.

Photography and Promotion

The Organiser may take photographs or videos during the Masterclass for promotional purposes purposes. By participating, you grant the Organiser the right to use such media without compensation or permission.


The personal information provided during the booking process will be used for registration purposes and will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria/Australia.

By booking a place in the Pizza Masterclass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
